Rachel's
house began in 1998, when Osana Foundation adopted ten HIV positive
children for the Municipal Hospital in Constanta,
Romania. All of the children were orphaned or abandoned. The house
was built for them with the help of Samaritan's purse U.K.
It was our desire to provide a family like environment for these
children where they could grow up in a home with love and good
care. Many of these children do not remember any sort of home
or family at all. Over the last few years the children have indeed
accepted Rachel's House as their home. They are beautiful children,
attending the local school, healthier due to better medication,
sanitation, improved diets, and most importantly lot of love.
